Our aim and mission is to provide the Client with such a service which would help the Client with a service to help the Client implementing the expectations in the most rational way, and with the minimal risk.
By signing an agreement regarding the provision of services we accept obligations and reach for quality. However, we do expect responsibility from the Client as well. For instance, if we form a technically provided team, perform its maintenance and administrate a project, then the Client will be liable for the training related with the product, maintenance of sales, etc. The experience has shown that only close cooperation, correct communication ensure excellent result satisfying both parties.
The Clients have named our flexibility as that of an external services provider as one of the main competences. This is an important assessment to us, therefore we endeavour to work creatively, to adapt to the changing conditions of the market. As a confirmation to that, recently we have introduced new services to the market – a network of Regional Representatives and a Call Centre, which allow our Clients to be at the time and in the place as it is required by their operative plans without suffering considerable additional expenses. For the comfort of the Clients, we have also created the Baltic structure.
We constantly search for qualitative and rational decisions. However, we would not be able to offer them to our Clients without our partners – the suppliers of services. Together we learn and develop. We cherish long-term cooperation, thus we are able to conclude more favourable agreements and to provider them to our Clients.
Therefore we are sure that the formula of our success is the synergy of the activity of ours, our Clients and our partners.
